A. Permissible Conditions.

B. Thu Thuat Choi Services.

Thu Thuat Choi reserves the right to terminate this license at any time with or without cause. Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Thu Thuat Choi grants each User of the Service a license to use the text created by users on the Service under our Creative Commons license. C. Thu Thuat Choi Accounts.

If you open a Thu Thuat Choi account on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, then (a) "you" includes you and that entity, and (b) you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of that entity with the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement, and you agree to this Agreement on behalf of that entity. By connecting to Thu Thuat Choi through a third-party service, you allow us to access and use information from that service as permitted by that service, and to store your login credentials for that service.

You may not use another user's account without permission. You are solely responsible for the activities that occur on your account, and you must secure your account password. We encourage you to use a "strong" password (a password that includes a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) for your account. You must promptly notify Thu Thuat Choi of any security breaches or unauthorized use of your account. Thu Thuat Choi will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from the unauthorized use of your account.

You can manage your User profile and your interaction with the Service by adjusting settings in your Personal Options. By providing your email address to Thu Thuat Choi, you agree to permit us to use that email address for sending Service-related notices to you, including any legally required notices, instead of communication through postal mail. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Thu Thuat Choi users. We reserve the right but have no obligation to monitor disputes between you and other users. Thu Thuat Choi is not responsible for your interactions with other users or for the actions or inactions of any users.

User Content

The service allows users to post content such as profile information, instructional materials and information, images, photos, comments, questions, and other content or information (any material submitted, posted, displayed, or made available on the Service by a user is referred to as "User Content"). We do not assert any ownership rights over User Content created by you. The User Content you create remains your property; however, by sharing User Content through the Service, you agree to allow others to view, edit, and/or share your User Content as provided in this Agreement. Thu Thuat Choi reserves the right (but has no obligation) to remove any User Content shared through the Service at its sole discretion.

You agree not to post User Content that may:

  1. Create a risk of harm, loss, physical or mental injury, emotional distress, death, disability, disfigurement, or physical or mental illness to you, to any other person, or to any animal.
  2. Create a risk of loss or damage to any person or property.
  3. Attempt to harm or exploit children by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking for personal information, or otherwise.
  4. Constitute or contribute to a crime or civil wrong.
  5. Contain any information or content that we deem to be unlawful, harmful, abusive, racially or ethnically offensive, invasive of personal privacy or publicity rights, harassing, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, incendiary, or otherwise objectionable.
  6. Contain any information or content that is illegal (including, without limitation, the disclosure of insider information under securities law or of another party's trade secrets).

You agree that any User Content you post does not and will not violate any rights of any third party, including but not limited to any Intellectual Property Rights (as defined below) or privacy rights. Thu Thuat Choi reserves the right to refuse or remove any User Content that it believes, at its sole discretion, violates these terms or is inappropriate for the Service. You understand that publishing your User Content on the Service does not replace registering it with the National Office of Intellectual Property of Vietnam, or any other relevant authority.

In terms of the purpose of this Agreement, "Intellectual Property Rights" shall mean all rights of intellectual property, including patent rights, copyright, rights of publicity, moral rights, name or likeness rights, trademark rights, trade dress rights, and service mark rights, reputation, trade secret rights, and any other intellectual property rights that may exist now or in the future, and all applications, registrations, extensions, and renewals thereof, under the laws of any state, country, territory, or jurisdiction.

With respect to Your User Content, you acknowledge, represent, and warrant the following:

  • You have obtained written consent from each identifiable natural person in Your User Content to use their name or likeness in the manner contemplated by the Service and this Agreement, and each such person has released you from any liability that may arise in connection with such use.
  • Your User Content and the use thereof as contemplated by this Agreement and the Service will not infringe on any laws or violate the rights of any third party, including but not limited to any Intellectual Property Rights and privacy rights.
  • Thu Thuat Choi may exercise its rights with respect to Your User Content granted under this Agreement without liability for payment of any guild fees, residuals, payments, fees, or royalties payable under any collective bargaining agreement or otherwise.
  • To the best of your knowledge, all of Your User Content and other information that you provide to us is accurate and truthful.
  • Thu Thuat Choi assumes no responsibility or liability for any User Content posted or transmitted by you or any other User or third party. You shall be solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it, and you agree that we are acting as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of your User Content. You understand and agree that you may be exposed to User Content that is inaccurate, inappropriate, unsuitable for minors, or otherwise unsuited to your purpose, and you agree that Thu Thuat Choi shall not be liable for any damages you allege to incur as a result of User Content.

Our Ownership Rights

Except for Your User Content, any content contributed by Users or as explicitly provided in this Agreement, the Service and all materials therein or transferred thereby, including but not limited to software, images, graphics, illustrations, text, icons, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, video, music, and User Content belonging to other Users (referred to as "Thu Thuat Choi Content"), and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Thu Thuat Choi and its licensors (including other Users posting User Content to the Service). Unless expressly provided in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to grant a license in or under any such Intellectual Property Rights, and you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from any Thu Thuat Choi Content. Any use of Thu Thuat Choi Content for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement is strictly prohibited.

You can choose or we can invite you to submit feedback or ideas about the Service, including but not limited to ways to improve our Service or products ("Ideas"). By submitting any Ideas, you agree that your disclosure is gratuitous, unsolicited, and without restriction and will not place Thu Thuat Choi under any obligation or right of compensation and that we are free to use the Ideas without any additional compensation to you and/or to disclose the Ideas on a non-confidential or other basis to anyone. You also acknowledge that by acceptance of your submission, Thu Thuat Choi does not waive any rights to use similar or related ideas previously known to Thu Thuat Choi or developed by its employees or obtained from sources other than you.

Thu Thuat Choi Assets

Certain aspects of the Service may allow you to obtain some indicators of reputation or status ("Thu Thuat Choi Assets"). You understand and agree that regardless of the terminology used, Thu Thuat Choi Assets represent a limited license right governed solely by the terms of this Agreement and available for distribution at Thu Thuat Choi's sole discretion. Thu Thuat Choi Assets are not redeemable for any sum of money or monetary value from Thu Thuat Choi at any time. You acknowledge that you do not own the account you use to access the Service, nor do you possess any rights of access or rights to data stored by or on behalf of Thu Thuat Choi on Thu Thuat Choi servers, including, but not limited to, data representing or comprising any or all of your Thu Thuat Choi Assets. You agree that Thu Thuat Choi has the absolute right to manage, regulate, control, modify, and/or eliminate Thu Thuat Choi Assets as it sees fit in its sole discretion, in any general or specific case, and Thu Thuat Choi shall have no liability to you based on its exercise of such right. All data on Thu Thuat Choi's servers is subject to deletion, modification, or transfer at any time for any reason without notice and without any liability whatsoever.

REGARDLESS OF ANY VALUE ATTRIBUTED TO SUCH DATA BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY DATA, ACCOUNT HISTORY, AND ACCOUNT CONTENT RESIDING ON Thu Thuat Choi'S SERVERS MAY BE DELETED, MODIFIED, MOVED, OR TRANSFERRED AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF Thu Thuat Choi, WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE AND WITHOUT ANY LIABILITY WHATSOEVER. Thu Thuat Choi DOES NOT PROVIDE OR GUARANTEE, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS, ANY VALUE, CASH OR OTHERWISE, ATTRIBUTED TO ANY DATA RESIDING ON Thu Thuat Choi'S SERVERS.

All content related to healthcare, whether User Content or any other content found on the Service, is not intended to provide medical advice or guidance for medical diagnosis or treatment, and does not create or is intended to create a doctor-patient or psychotherapist-patient relationship. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHER LEGAL GROUNDS, EVEN IF CHEATING TRICKS IS AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THE FOREGOING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY THE APPLICABLE LAWS IN THE JURISDICTION.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS HEREIN MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. This service is operated and run from facilities in Vietnam. Cheating Tricks does not make any claims that this service is suitable or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the service from other regions do so at their own discretion and are fully responsible for complying with all relevant laws of the United States and local laws, including, but not limited to, regulations regarding exports and imports. You are not allowed to use the service if you are a resident of a country subject to restrictions imposed by Vietnam or if you are an individual or organization from abroad blocked or denied by the government of Vietnam. General

This Agreement and any rights and licenses granted herein may not be transferred or delegated by you but may be delegated by Cheating Tricks without restriction. Any attempted transfer or delegation in violation of this provision shall be null and void.

Cheating Tricks may provide notices, whether such notice is required by law or is for marketing or other business purposes, to you via email notice, written or paper notice, or through posting of such notice on our website, as determined by Cheating Tricks in our sole discretion. Cheating Tricks reserves the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to our users, provided that you may opt out of certain means of notification as described in this Agreement. Cheating Tricks is not responsible for any automatic filtering you or your network provider may apply to email notifications we send to the email address you provide us. Cheating Tricks may, at its sole discretion, revise or update this Agreement from time to time, and therefore, you should review this page periodically. This Agreement, along with any amendments and any additional agreements you may enter into with Cheating Tricks concerning the Service, shall constitute the entire agreement between you and Cheating Tricks regarding the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the legality of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, and those provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Any waiver of any provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of any subsequent or continuing provision of that term or any other term, and Cheating Tricks' failure to assert any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
